I am going to start a hosting business, but there are a few matters I have no idea about.

Because I am a minor, I can't be taken to court.

Where do I stand with legal matters, I guess my guardians are responsible.

Thats a broad area you gave there....as depending on the exact state, country, and age can determine your responsibility and liabiliy, and also the liability of your parents.

Would be best to discuss this with your parents and seek some legal advice first.

Do not ever take as gospel any legal advice you read here or similar places on the Internet, as most of it will be wrong or incomplete. Even the couple attorneys who post here disclaim their advice. You are best served by talking to your own attorney in your own state/province/country.

Yes, my guardians have booked an apointment with a solicitor. We are going discuss where we stand with him/her.
