i wanted to ask this ques just to be sure ;) .. i have about 100 people having their email on my host , now if i change host and restore the backup from my old host to the new one, all will be same?

Assuming you don't have a third party DNS provider where you're doing something fancy with your DNS, and if all your doing is switching your NameServers from HostA to HostB, and hoping that HostB knows what they're doing, you should be okay. Run www.DNSReports.com after you switch to make sure everything is working. And of course run some test emails to yourself.
