Resident Agent information really means little as it can be a property management company as well as a number of others. I used to work in a property mgmt office in Incline Vlg, NV and that company was 'resident agent' for quite a number of outside entities. Don't put much weight on it, the resident agent is primarily responsible for keeping paperwork current with the State of Nevada and likely has nothing more to do with the 'company' which is its client.

Stateline is the official name of the town. Many residents of Stateline prefer to call it 'Lake Tahoe, NV'. There is a great deal of irritation around the lake about this, especially in the communities on the north shore of the lake (Lake Tahoe).

The street (Tramway) still cannot be located. There is a 'Tramway Road' in Incline Vlg. and I know where that one is. Had friends that lived just off of it years ago. I have lived in this area for over 20 years, 16 of those years at Lake Tahoe on the north shore. I know the names of the many little towns surrounding the lake. No confusion here.

Found the Street:
In the middle of Lake Tahoe Blvd and Lake Parkway.
Going from Calif Tahoe side.
Cross into Nevada.
Go over by a place called Edgewood.
Take a right off Lake Tahoe Blvd.
There is a BYP 50 route. It is in that circle.
Below Edgewood Creek

When I was looking for it in the USPS db, I figured the city might be wrong, so I just typed in the zip code when I was looking in for it. Still nothing. Odd. Because it does seem to exist.

Nevada Corporation Services (http://www.nevada-incorporations.com) is indeed located at that address. I guess listing your agent is no different than listing a PO Box or a PMB on your web site.

Ok, found it on a map. However it is officially in Gardnerville (89410), not Stateline (89449). Still it isn't right for Aletia to use the address if they aren't physically located there. Better just a PO Box or the like.

the zip code aletia gives is also for a PO BOX, not a residence.
