I bought a new domain from 1st easy without hosting and went with webfusion hosting package i need help in setting things set up as i am a bit thick new to web set up,ips tagging,domain transfer and all that.
Hosting is up and running but not sure on how to setup dotnetnuke and all that,can someone help me.

If you purchased hosting and your domain from separate companies you did THE RIGHT THING - congrats!

Now, you should have received a welcome letter from your hosting company, including among other very useful things you should read, information about how to proceed with delegating your domain to their nameservers. Usually it's just changing nameservers in your registrar's database.
