Greetings,
I am currently following a 4-year web coding/designing course at my school in the Netherlands but as a student some extra money always comes in handy. I've been working as a freelance coder/designer for over a year now and I've been using php/mysql to make personal web pages for over 3 years now. I know I am not a professional coder/designer and therefor do not charge high prices (20 euros (24 dollars) per hour). Also since my portfolio isn't finished yet I accept full payment after I successfully delivered the job to you or your company. This means no risks for you.
I could do simple jobs but more advanced jobs are no problem as well. So far I've created my own CMS, login system with admin, mailing lists, etc. My knowledge of Java(script) is limited but everything can be learned in time.
