what is the best domain register that lets you pay with pay pal?

I don't know amny that let you use paypal. I checked sites that use paypal for domain names, and none of them look to be of any quality.

Although if you find a site, try e-mailing the webmaster and ask if you could pay them over pay-pal, although I doubt you will find any like that.
