I am looking to pass on a dedicated server I have been using with SharkTech for a while. See details below:

* 512 MB RAM
* 80 GB HDD 7.2krpm IDE
* 40 GB Additional HDD
* 100 Mbps firewalled connectivity
* 4500 GB/month outgoing transfer
* 128 IPs with Reverse DNS Authority
* DirectAdmin
* SharkTECH Scripts / Domain Access
* MRTG Bandwidth Statistics
* IRC Services Acceptable
* Free Technical Support

You could have this server reloaded to the OS you want and/or install the control panel of your choice instead of DirectAdmin at will. I do not believe SharkTech charge reload fees. :)

The cost:

I am looking for $129 for this server, which has until Oct 12th until renewal. At renewal the cost would be $149 paid to SharkTech.

How much bandwidth have you ever used in a month on this server? 4500 GB of transfer for only 150 a month, not bad at all.

Whats the OS that is loaded?
What are the OS choices?
What was the avg bw per month you saw if you know?
I see its in C, IL is this a fdc resale or just in the same city?
Also is it still avaible and is paypal accepted?

Sharktech is located in FDC facility, which explains the 'generous' bandwidth allocation.

1) CentOS 4.1

2) FreeBSD, CentOS, Debian, and I believe you can request a specific OS installing, should those choices not fit your needs.

3) Not really a big user here, I'd say arround 2000-2500average. Although I have pushed more before, on the odd occasion.

4) It's located in the FDC datacentre, as UltraUnixNET said.
