Actually Marty .. he is right, I missed that one the other day, you should line up right with Station, and the entire "The primitive Baptist web station" should be centered with the orange tables

I would flat out junk the "other resources" section. Your target audience doesn't need that information.

This is a personal preference, but I wouldn't have a "recent additions" as a separate page but rather incorporate it onto the first screen users see.

I typically will have a paragraph teaser, with a link inside the site for the rest of the story.

This way, repeat visitors will have something new to look at each time.
