The guy is offerring design services at WHT with " mrkevinsir " nick and claiming the sites digital3d.org and fissioneffect.com as his design services.
I dealed with him [ Kevin Flaming ] on Sep. 4, 2005 to make unqiue 3D servers for 1500USD.
And as soon as I saw a demo pic of a 3d server I sent 500USD prepayment via paypal to the kevin@fissioneffect.com Sep. 4, 2005
And since that time none of their e-mails and contact addresses are unreachable.
I also saw that they have changed their paypal email adress to the mrkevinsir@comcast.net from kevin@fissioneffect.com as soon as I file a claim via paypal regarding this 500USD prepayment.


It looks like he made a retirment scam so I am curious if any other WHTers scammed by him?

Yeap, Paid for a flash header, sent $150 and after 3 days he said its taking a while give me another few days, after 2 weeks he wasnt online, after another 2 weeks he was back online he went away to europe and didnt thik to tell me, so I asked him for my flash header, now he says hes done it but he cant find it on his computer and he will search his computer for it, I ask him if he found it 10mins later, no reply, I get annoyed and message him a few times over 5 mins then he goes offline, next day he comes online and searches again, this time he finds something and says hell sent me it, a lovely blank flash file a white screen of nothing, he then says he will do it again when he finishes his current work as he is busy, that was 3 weeks ago, havent seen him since.

Yes, he is a known scammer, sorry to hear about that.

He should be reported.

I guess I was probably the first one that was scammed by him. This happened probably 2 years ago when I paid some deposits up front for a website template. It was only a small amount of money (perhaps $100+), so I didn't bother to make a big fuss out of it.

You are reading this thread and you are claiming me that you are not a scammer so payback what you can't provide for Kevin. Still didnt recieve 425USD refund.

If I dont remember Joshua Brady I could say this is the most shameless scammer I have never seen whom is still telling lies even after a month: PayPal is handling refund, he made jobs blah blah..
He is not able to prove any evidences except the shamless lies he have.
