Can someone tell me what I have to do to leave the mail that I recieve on the server. The reason that I need this is because my freind reads sales email and I want to read them to. So is there anyway that he can veiw his email through outlook express and later on that day I could see all the email from my computer using Outlook also. Thank you. Right now if he recieves the email I have to go to his office or have him foward it to me.

Tools/Accounts

Choose the account that you want to leave copies of on the server. Click on Properties.

Click the Advanced tab.

Check box near the bottom.
