To Upgrade RAM to 512MB there would be an additional fee of $10.00 per Month.

Yes, it is hardware, being added to the server that you are renting, so it would affect the monthly price. If you decide to upgrade the processor as well, we would more than likely have you move to a different server. Pricing then would depend upon several factors such as processor, hard drive, bandwidth, RAM, etc.

What exactly is your question?
Your initial query was concerning the upgrade of our Intel 1.0 Promotion, not the September Special. They are different promotions with different pricing schemes. The September Special is just that, a special for the month of September, so it offers lower pricing on hardware for a limited amount of time.
If you think you may require an upgrade to additional RAM and a faster processor, we would recommend taking advantage of the low pricing offered in this special.
Otherwise, the Intel 1.0 promotion offers a perfectly good server at a low price.

I tried your speed test download from 5 diferent locations and speeds are not so good. Im interested in shoutcast streaming hosting services and what bandwith in REAL i can expect with those 10 mbit link servers?

The test file is located on a shared hosting server which hosts hundreds of sites on top of serving for the test file. I've setup a link on another server http://lms.nexpoint.net/testfile.zip if you would like to test this one.

Testing speeds will differentiate depending on location, distance between hops, and testing network connection.

As long as you can keep non-shoutcast resources to a minimum you should see good results on a dedicated server.

This is much better test file speed. I'm highly interested in your services and i've send you mail to provide me some aditional information few hours ago.

What's the price to upgrade from 40GB hdd to 120GB?
