The Cpanel has been working fine on for a long time. I added bugzilla and modified the httpd.conf. I restarted apache and the cpanel stopped working correctly.

whenever i type in <domain>/cpanel, it will prompt for username and password. After entering username and password, the cpanel will just load forever.

I am not sure why might cause this. At first I thought it might be my httpd.conf. However, If it was the httpd.conf, it probably wont prompt me for username and password. (correct me if I'm wrong).

Were you able to access cpanel with 2082 port ?

There must have been high server load which must have been the problem for cpanel to load.

I have figured out the problem. In the /etc folder, there were .lock files. After removing the .lock files the cpanel started running smooth again. Thanks!
