I'm also looking into this service. I would like some inputs from companies that used them.

Well, I would like input from companies that use them or recommendations to other companies that can offer a similar service (auto-attendant, call forward/follow/routing) for around the same price ($10 to $15 a month) with "grow" options (i.e. tollfreelive has larger plans you can grow into).

freedomvoice.com is offering $9.95 pm plan, ringcentral.com professional plan is $9.99 pm and so as phonespell.org and tollfreelive which are around same. In my opinion freedomvoice and ringcentral both are goods providing with some additional features.

I like uReach. They are more expensive, but the service is excellent.
