There are plenty at hotscripts.com

Take a look at http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/FAQ_and_Knowledgebase/index.html

If you don't mind paying for it, Kayako http://www.kayako.com is good.

Kayako is very good. I actually just bought and installed their new support suite software and would have to say that I am very impressed.

This software even has a windows client that you as a staff member can use to run the helpdesk/FAQ admin area and is very useful.

If you are looking for just knowledge base software (which Kayako and Cerberus are not, they are actually full helpdesks/support systems) I would recommend Helpexec, http://www.helpexec.com

Customizable, fully skinnable, awesome feature-set, works very nicely in all browsers, you can integrate it into your website easily, and if you have any questions they offer outstanding support. :)

Check out KnowledgeBuilder (http://www.activecampaign.com/kb/) from Active Campaign.

This is pure Knowledge base software and quite comprehensive...

If you want something simple and free as a start, you might want to take a look at FAQMasterFlex.
