I am looking for a PHP/SQL programmer that is able to provide ongoing work. Most of the projects are not hard, as it always is dealing with moving data around in the database.

This is the first work I need done, and I have more projects similar that need to be done. All the scripts are complete and done, but just need more features added in every month.

The first project I need done, is more features added to my paypal download script such as:
-Newletter ( I have the code, just needs to be implemented)
-Templates ( I have the code, just needs to be implemented)
-Able to re-issue download links ( basically er-set expire date and mail buyer again)
-Save file as random filenames rather than actual file name
-Currency based per product ( add a row to products table and edit the add product page)



Requirements:
