And here's what they say about bandwidth.. they don't mention any extra charges..
Featureprice's customers are privileged to be offered an unmonitored account in terms of bandwidth. This means Featureprice does not pro-actively monitor bandwidth usage of our customers. Featureprice's bandwidth policy is similiar to the common Laissez-Faire model in politics. Customers are entitiled to use as much bandwidth as necessary as long as they (a) do not harm other customers located on the same machine or on other machines of Featureprice's network and (b) do comply with all other terms & conditions. All domain / subdomains account do have a moderation throttelling utility applied to their throughput. This moderation throttelling utility measures the accounts usage based on averages derived from various server tasks and services such as average CPU utilization, FTP utilization, HTTP bandwidth utilization, Email utilization - et cetera. On basis of the meaningful average value the moderation throttelling software decides if a delay of an offending account is determinded to be necessary in order to assure 100% service uptime, reliability and performance for other websites of moderate usage on same machine. HTTP moderation is set to 171 million bits per hour (in numbers: 171,000,000 bits / hour), other limitations are determined depending on average usage of the server by all clients on same machine and hence depend. The hourly bandwidth throttling setting equals to a maximum of 15gb / month in data transfer that a hosted account can reach.

That mean you can use a maxium of about 20MB per hour.
So, you can't use more what they give you.

I can tell you that in Fort Myers there is no such building like that, we have some tall buildings but only a few. I'd like to know exactly where in Fort Myers they are located, as we are a small/medium sized town.

I just called them to see if they provide colocation since I live in Fort Myers and they don't. :( Anyone know of any SW Florida colocation providers? I'll be off to college this fall at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, so any colocation there would be nice to know as well since its located 30 mins from Tampa and 40 mins from Orlando.

I suppose it could be their Austria, Europe offices?? LOL

Here is my story:

I had pre-paid $84.40 for an annual service, regarding website hosting. I signed up initially because of the live technical support in April of 2002. However, in July 2002, I called technical support only to find out they were now routing calls to technical support and there no longer was a live technician w/ which to speak. Yet, they still call their support "live" with a 3 hour call back. Unacceptable. I called Florida office requesting a refund. They only accept requests via email at billing@featureprice.com Vendor refuses to respond to emails concerning refund. Vendor offered international telephone number for billing resolution. However the number answers with a fax. This number is posted on their website at featureprice.com (International: +43 – 7942-72493 ) They also offer a 1-800 number for international correspondence on their web site but this too is not forwarded to their foreign office. Instead it reaches the Florida office that refuses to assist with billing questions.

Please don't bring up all the old threads about FeaturePrice.
One threads is enough.
