Okay, I need templates...and lots of them. Well, 4 to be exact. My budget is variable depending on the quality, ease of modifications, etc.

NOTE: We do not want everyone to submit us their portfolio's. We are looking for people to design templates for our companies and submit those to us. By submitting your portfolio, you will only be considered for the use of future projects of our clients. We will only consider purchasing templates from people who submit a template developed especially for us. Of course, if we don't use the template, you can probably sell it to someone else on this board.

We will require all PSD files and complete copyrights to the layouts. Depending on the layout and possibility of future work, you may be able to be listed as the designer on the site.

All templates will be for different departments of the same company, but each template does NOT have to appear to have similar aspects. In fact, we would prefer to have each template appear different, showing a variety of design styles.

Any designers who we purchase templates from, can pretty well guarantee themselves a spot on our "freelance" list of web designers which we will utilize on a somewhat consistent basis. If you would like to be that is....

Any designers who we don't purchase templates from, but show us some high quality work, will also guarantee themselves a spot for possible future work.

Okay, so now, onto the four templates:

--------------------

For a visual reference to how we set-up the new corporation, please see the attached image (it's rought, but shows the point)

#1 - This company, the officially registered corporation, will be the "umbrella" company for all the other companies. The web site for this department will need to appear to be VERY high class, professional, rich (in money, not in color), etc. This site will need to have various, regular types of corporate navigational areas. Things such as: Investor Information/Relation, Contact Information, Information on the various departments of our company, etc. Anything else you can think of, let me know…..we are open to any ideas and always try and look at things from both sides of the fence.

#2 - We already have a FANTASTIC template for this company, thanks to another member here.

#3 - One of the companies we just partnered with will be become a small department of our larger corporation. They do not currently have an on-line presence, so we will be providing them we a complete, on-line store. We want a look that is very futuristic, metallic in appearance etc. Again, open to many ideas…. The department will be selling two things primarily, computer hardware parts and computer networking services. Complete, pre-built systems will be sold, but are not going to be targeted as a main feature simply because of the amount of support required for clients who purchase complete systems.

#4 - This department will be handling clients who are looking for design and development of corporate logos, letterhead, envelopes, business cards, etc. As well as providing consulting services to companies to prepare on-line marketing strategies, etc.

#5 - This department will be the web site design department. We will be looking for a web site template that will allow us to showcase our work (a portfolio), provide information to people about why they need a professional web site, Ecommerce solutions, etc. We want the look of this site to be really eye-catching and unique. Then again, we want every site to be eye catching and unique! :)

--------------------

I would like all template submissions to be e-mailed directly to me, rather than posted here if possible.

If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact me. info@computicagroup.com

We are open to many ideas and suggestions.

We are not looking for anything basic. We are looking for a fresh, new design idea, developed with our company in mind.

Also, like I stated in the thread above, the people that submit templates will also be considered for all our clients work in the future.

I can't release too much information about that right now.....but we do expect the work to be consistent and plentiful.

Not knocking you or anything, but if you have #4 & #5 of your company, why are you looking for someone to design you a site? I would think with these personnel on hand, you could just have them do a site for you (or are these people you are hooking up with through this actually going to become part of the company maybe?).

That is a very good question and something I have been asked privately quite a few times.

Currently, we have only a few designers working for our company. It is not nearly enough for the workload we are constantly receiving. So, over the last couple of years I have changed the way my business does business. Rather than only taking on the work we can handle internally, we also take on extra work and use freelancers positioned all over the globe for help in completing the work. It frees up our internal resources for projects that require internal resources, and allows us to keep our costs low.

I don't want to hire 25 full time designers to do the monthly work load because if we have a slow few months, I have to lay off some people. But, by using freelancers, we only have to pay out when the work is there.

Our internal design abilities range in the high end when it comes to programming and the mid-range end when it comes to graphic design.

So, because I want the new company to be "a cut above the rest", I want to use some high-end freelance designers to come up with the templates and the internal staff to do the programming of the web sites.

Also, in the future, all WHT members who do submit a template example for our companies to us will most likely be used in the near future for completing this type of work.

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask anytime. :D

Contact me to let me know which department you would like to submit a design for. Then, I can more accurately tell you what sites we like.....

But, really, since we want to use the designers for more projects in the future, we are interested to see what designers can come up with based on what we said. I know it isn't "too" descriptive, but the requests from clients are often in the same field..... :D

We have received over 50 different submissions of templates so far. Many are good possibilities.

Tomorrow is the deadline to submit a template(s) to us for consideration.

I hope we can see some more work quickly...
