i tried to contact paypal today to ask about their merchant features and integration but i got voicemail and no one returned my call.

for the website payments pro that allows you to accept payments on your website and auth them through paypal do i need to provide a secure website? is there a way to have users put in their CC and think theyre on my website but in reality just be at paypal or ... can someone just explain in technical and non-financial terms how it works.
