Yup, since RackShack is not a CPanel reseller, the license is $99/month. Only official CPanel resellers can (profitably) offer licenses for less.

I don't know about that. I have a posting in another section of this forum looking for the cheapest CPanel reseller offer and I have one offer for $75. :)
