I don't have any .in domains. But there is a list of approved registrars at http://www.inregistry.in/accredited_registrars/

Many of those listed, though, like Name.com, don't seem to support .in registrations on their sites.

Overall, I would probably go with Directi for .in registrations because they have been a big supporter of the .in domain extension. And, they're in India, too. ;)
