Have you had problem with the Eryxma's billing system?

I was trying out their server for couple of days but decided to refund my money. They said they have refunded my full amount (about a week ago) but that amount has not been credited back to my card. Instead of that i'm double billed for the hosting :angry:

Any experience with them?

no matter who the company is, if they've double billed you when you asked for a refund, call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

there haven't been many posts here about eryxma, but your's is the 3 post in as many days (i think), just do a search of this forum in the past 2 days and you'll find it....

Before you call your CC company, let me check our billing records and see if we got the request and see why you were double charged. There hasn't been a problem with refunds before, sorry for the inconvenience. Can i have the account name and domain you signed up with please?

bizee: i'll reiterate again...make sure that you do not provide customer service/support on WHT, just tell your customers to contact you off forums if they'd like to be helped.

what was unrightful? trying to help a customer? I didn't know doing my job was unrightful. I suggest you re read what I said, the boss won't be to happy if you're accusing me for doing something right.

Customer has been contact by ticket, twice.

It was part of our error, we did submit a refund, we rechecked with bluepay manually, no refund was made. Only charge the credit card we have on file on him, once, we show here no double charge unless she ordered again with a different credit card.

Refund has been completed, and customer has been contacted via e-mail/ticket.

Bizee, according to our standards, account information about clients shouldn't not remain/nor asked in a public forum about this. I talked to him he should talk to you shortly.

Talked to the boss. Heh, nice try buddy. Didn't work. I asked for a user name and domain, meaning I was reffering to them checking their PM i sent to them. If you're trying to get me in trouble, keep trying.

I'm going to do the Eryxma support team (remember, there's not 'i' in team) a favor and lock this thread. You all continue this via PM if you'd like.

ionline, it sounds as if there might have been an error, please email them and try to get things straightened out. If this becomes a situation where you cannot get things right, then contact your creditcard issuer about the situation. Give them some time to fix it and/or credit your card. Generally it takes a month or two to show up, though the card issuer should be able to tell you the status of the refund.
