I have a co-location rack and 1 Mbps connection at network5.net, a subsidiary of thepunk.com. They have not answered phone calls since around Dec. 20 and don't appear to be there. Their number is 1-888-522-0958 but I can never get an answer. Has anyone had any luck or heard anything about them? I have 20 Cobalt RaQ servers there, and I need one rebooted since Jan 2 with no luck! :(

http://www.network5.net is their URL.

I'm sorry to say but I've still not been able to get in contact with anyone... and I've tried direct extensions and the pager MANY times. Looking forward to consolation or advice. :(

The image on their live Webcam which is http://www.thepunk.com/cam/ for those who want to see it appears to be a false image, it has not moved in an hour. At least at this point the two are looking at the last rack, and have been for a while.

Any info would be great. I also found another 'company' name they use: http://hostfacility.com/index.htm

They are a public company, traded on Nasdaq BB as PUNK. SEC filing is at:
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/l/p/punk.ob.html

I'd file a complaint online with the Federal Trade Commission. http://www.ftc.gov , so you get it all fixed or ya still having problems?

Still trouble, seems the numbers listed on their Incorporation papers are old pager numbers. :(

Oh, by the way, their stock is down 25% today as well, and still no phone contact. Can everyone PLEASE try calling 1-888-522-0958 to see if you can get someone?

You have a couple of options:

1. Refresh that picture 100 times for the next
seven days and you will see the same lady with a black
dress and their tech.

2. You should relax for a few hours until tomorrow,
they maybe there tomorrow, you know they do not offer 24/7.

The question is: Do you own those racks? or
Do you lease them?

Since network5.net is in Florida you can move your
servers to data centers in the same area of Fort Lauderdale
better served and well known providers:

diveo.com
verio.com
valueserver.com
dialtoneinternet.com
gate.net
bellsouth.net

All of these providers offer higher pricing than network5.net.

Romero
