i dotn know theres a few difrences i suppose their is a slight cnace they didnt copy you but is sim enough to make me say hmm think ill go else where for hosting.
then i see this in a error box that poped up do to a bad bit of scripting >>http://www.top20host.com/ktxhost<<
all thats there is a under construction top20 sounds like a freeby host

You have a very nice site design Myacen. It's an obvious Copy Job, but a poor copy job at that. Their site is not as appealing as yours.

Why do people think they can start a hosting company and get rich without spending a hundred or two on a unique site design?

If they can't spend a little time changing the words of their stolen text, they don't have the time to support their customers either.

Send a Legal Letter to the address of record for the Domain. threaten them with a MultiBILLION Dollar lawsuit.

Imagine the lump in their shorts when they open that letter.

What a coincidence, this guy filled out our form for hosting (and of course never proceeded to pay).

So I just decided to give him a little message as I have never chatted with someone that wanted hosting on RS.

I asked him who he talked with and it turned out to be a fellow staff member.

I ask him if he had any questions etc, and he replies with a big fat long paragraph about how Rob had said he didn't have to pay the monthly fee, and that the monthly fee would be put in his (meaning Rob's ..... ?) account until he could cover that money. I could barely understand any part of what he was saying except for the "no monthly fee part"

I invite them both to a chatroom, and asked Rob what the reason was for giving this guy free hosting.

Turned out he didn't. LOL, the guy was trying to pull my leg :P.

They claim to have a TOP 10 AWARD at www.**************.com i checked and they dont :eek:

Illiteracy is a handicap, and you shouldn't really bash the guy for that.

You should bash him for stealing the site design, and having no common sense.

A client, reported the site to us.

It looks like the site is back up with a new design, but he still ripped Myacen's TOS, privacy policy, and--ironically--copyright information page.

I would to carify the following things:

I do not know about the design rip of the old company. It the designer at fault back in 2001.

According to my source, myacen contact ktxhost about the matter, the management was fully cooperate with myacen. The manager deleted the website and sue the designer.

I do not understand why you are bring the matter to the forum board? Is this the way you advertise your business and show off your nice design..

Now it the thing in the past, but you still decide to bring the old matter to the forum. If this happen again our solictor will be contact you and myacen and we will resolve the matter in court.
