I notice when using 2checkout gateway, pressing the "Purchase" button it will bring customer to their website purchase gateway page (just like paypal), so is it possible to insert affiliates program tracking code or pay per sales tracking code using their gateway? Thanks

Yes there are some fields in the admin section that allow you to enter affiliate information.
