We are a new company and we require a site redisign. I have worked on a site, but my skills are far low compared to others I've seen.

We are a Webhosting Company( As if there aren't enough already!!)

We are trying to acheive a solid looking and stunning design. We would like to have some flash incorporated within the site.

With this, we are prepared to offer services in exchange for design. Or we will also pay for the design. Money is not really a factor, but quality is.

Yes, my latest design looks like MS but thats what the client wanted, it's not a personal portfolio site.

Yeah I guess it does (nowhere near as advanced). My goal was to display my abilities in a professional and appealing site. It's better to resemble the best than the worst ;)

We are looking for a designer who can make a great looking site on a low budget. The reason for this is that the site is a non-profit site for local area dance clubsa and urban stores. The Owner of the site wants to incorporate flash within his site and make it look as appealing as possible. I realize the downfall to not paying much. In aspect of the low cost, I am prepared to offer services aswell as monetary compensation for this, as I understand the time consumption and skill required for such a task.
