In cpanel what is the easiest way for a reseller to view usage.
usage = total bandwidth and total diskspace.

Are you asking how to find the usage of a reseller account if you have root access, or if you are the end user and want to find the usage on your own reseller account?

I would like a client (reseller) to be able to see his or her usage.

A reseller wants to know how much disk space then have used.

What is your procedure?

I would think cpanel has the ability to provide this information to the reseller

In WHM, go to the create new account page, and at the bottom the total usage is listed.

Able to see domain usage, but not disk available / used.

Probably your Provider switch off details about disk usage.
Ask him to switch it on.
