Q: Can I change the OS or other OS options on a "Rapid Deploy!" host.
A: NO. All hosts are pre-loaded with a configuration that many users
find to work great for all types of hosting platforms. ANY changes to
the OS will change the order to a 'Custom Order' and have a 72 hour turn
around time.

Q: Can you install a control panel on a rapid deploy host.
A: Yes. Depending on the OS support for the control panel. This will
delay the deployment time a few hours to allow for installation of the
control panel software and licensing.

Q: Where is your Data Center?
A: We have 12,000 SQFT of cages at Savvis IDC in Fort Worth Texas with
multiple gigabit uplinks to their international backbone. We provide all
our own hardware, staff and support personnel. We simply sublet the space

Which OS can handle the 64 bit?
Is all Linux 64bit ready? Does FreeBSD uses 2 sets of binaries?

FreeBSD can run both 32bit and 64bit binaries on the same x86_64 install if you install the compat5x port. I have used it succesfully with a few 32bit binaries to date but most of the 10000+ ports for FreeBSD have both i386 & x86_64 install sets.

There is 2 options for OS reloads and both cost the same.

One time $50.00 fee for our staff to reload the host for you.

One time $50.00 fee for a 24 hour rental of our KVM-Over-IP unit along with CD or PXE based media to load your own OS out of our selection of 9+ offerings.

I am not sure what exactly you are asking? The Baker's Dozen special does not include a free upgrade of 1GB RAM or a secondary drive.

We have listed 3 specials 2 for 2ndary drives and one to upgrade RAM as separate line item specials which would add a monthly $$ amount to your price.

The hardware specials are at great discounted prices but are not included in any package offered in this special as a freee upgrade.

The pre-payment discounts can be applied to both the server packages and any upgrades.
