I need a programmer to program something roughly the same as www.pagedevil.net (http://www.pagedevil.net) (click demo download to check out the actual program). How much would something like this cost to get done?

Also, anybody know of one other than pagedevil? Pagedevil has a clause stating that you can't promote it anywhere online (what's the point?) because they don't want any profits taken from the version of the sitebuilder they use. Thanks!
