Well folks, I just made the leap and subscribed to remarkablehosting.com's Webppliance plan. I've been hosting single sites from different hosts for some years now and this is my first venture into a semi-private server deal.

I'm on day 4 since I signed up at Remarkable and so far it's been a smooth ride. I've submitted one ticket already because of my newbieness at this private server deal and I got my response in less than 24 hours. I had the option of marking it priority but I didn't, it wasn't a pressing deal. It did give me more time to explore the Ensim/WEBppliance control panel.

Overall, considering the short amount of time with them, I'm happy with the service. Matt does a good job answering questions via support request or via their own forum. One nice thing is they have active subscribers willing to toss in ideas when you do post in the forum.
