Hello there,

I am about to enquire with WorldPay on there fees. I just find it strange that they now require clients to get individual quotes from them.

Are there fees highly variable and dependant on your business sector?

I sure would appreciate posts here on what everyone here using Worldpay is paying in terms of there startup/setup fee, monthly fee, per transaction fees, etc are for my comparision.

Would be nice if you could also say when you signed up at the quoted rates as I understand there pricing structure has recently changed

Thanks!
Nic

Might I ask why you are looking at WorldPay if you are located in Canada? They are typically a little more costly because they cater to markets that otherwise couldn't get a merchant account.

Whereas, you seem to have the luxury of being located within North America and therefore, have many merchant options available to you.

I used to have an account with them. Their fees were if i am not wrong $125 setup, $0.30 + 3% per transaction plus a monthly fee of $28. Remittance fees depends on if you deal in Canadian or a foreign currency.

Try epay2000.com if you are in Canada. Rates vary between 3-4% and there is no lengthy signup process. Rates are slightly higher for international clients. ALso, no monthly fees, etc.

You also can request payouts when you want with these guys, instead of waiting to get paid monthly or bi-monthly. A big plus in my opinion.

I have been up and running with them for about a month so far. Highly recommended.
