If your budget is not limited, then I would suggest you to go for modernbill.

If you have limited budget than I would suggest ClientExec.

I would recommend modernbill. You can lease it for pretty cheap. They also have tons of add ons like fraudguardian and some others.

You should try a search. Also keep in mind changing billing software later can be extremely difficult. You should not only look at your current prospect but future ones also.

Search this forum, you will get a LOT of threads about this very subject.

test out a couple of choices before you go live with one. Modernbill is widely viewed as the best but you have to pay for that privilege. Clientexec is similar.

Free ones include e-bills, phpCoin.

I personally like Clientexec, cheap too :)

CE is extremly easy to configure as compared to M.B but eventually it all depends upon what control panel you are using, what merchant account you are using. If you want to register domain through eNom and you need more features then M.B is pretty nice.

I like CE, its easy to install and config. Yes it does setup cpanel accounts after you click activate.
