Hi

A client ordered from my site by 2CO link
and an email sent to me from 2co
the $$ was paid from **** and also order number there

but when I login my account I can not see any any change

could you please tell me what is next step to see the $$ in my account

Did you copy down the sales ID and search for it on 2CO?

It says approved

but from where I can see it from my account ??

If you mean your bank account, it is deposited at the 1st and 15th of each month.

when I click (To check your Payments)

it show's Current Account Balance: $ 0.00

!!

I received email from 2co it says

PASSED: Please ship the following orders.
Vendor ID Order ID Comments
xxxxxx xxxxxx

but from where I can check the Account Balance ??

If you serach order you can see it :)

"when I click (To check your Payments) " this take some more time to update 1-3 days :) then you can see it

Go to "Vendor Reporting" click "Pending Sales" now you can see your order

Yes it is in Pending Sales

but where is that order that sent to me by 2co says (PASSED)

??

Give it a few days. I had exactly the same confusion on my first 2CO sale. It seems to take ages to eventually show on the 2CO balance, but does get there!

Have you received an email to say the sale has passed the fraud check? I found it got added to my balance a few days after the email. All in all, from sale to reaching my 2CO balance it took about 10 days. Not sure why it takes so long.

yes maritimesbob correct you will get another mail from 2co If order is pass or fail

all my orders are not displayed in the pending sales page... i only could view the orders when i try to find the sales..

2co never sent me any emails about the fraud test results and then the status for all orders are pending.. may i know what is that mean ?

is that mean the transaction has been approved and really to deposit into my account ?

before they update the fraud detection sys, it takes 1 or 2 days to update the payment section.. but now it has been more than 5 days but it is not updated yet..

it seems like the system is getting worse..

any advise about my orders status ? it used to be approved but why now is pending ?

hope some of you can give me some idea what is happening ...

That sounds about normal. From sale to seeing the 2CO balance, it took about 10 days. My first sale was approved, then a few days later I got the fraud `ok` email, then it was pending, then finally it showed up in my 2CO balance ready for depositing.

I`m afraid you`ll just have to wait.

If you still have the same problem till now, it is recommended to contact them.
