My plans are either to run the website and make money from it, or to get the site online and drive traffic to it, then sell it.

I want a website made, it will not be a challenge for a good designer. The payment will be by method of sharing the profits made from the site. This will either end up as a long term residual income, or a quick sale for a decent price. I am open to negotion regarding the amounts or percentages etc.
