You can also take a look at ClientExec

WHMautopilot here.
It does everything we need it to, it's easy to set up and it's affordable.

Who needs bloatware.

If your offered services are not limited to cpanel servers, then I would strongly recommend modernbill.

Use modernbill, ONLY if you can spend hours setting something up, and support your own clients. Unfortunately, these guys have absolutely no clue what "support" is about. Takes them days, sometimes weeks to get tickets answered, hardly a "timely" fashion.

I use ClientExec for my shared and reseller web hosting customers, Modernbill for dedicated server customers and a custom built (although now sadly ageing) system for my shoutcast clients.

Modernbill is much better then ClientExec, but as already mentioned, it doe take a while to setup and get used to. I spent a full day (as in 18 hours straight) setting up and configuring Modernbill to meet my needs.

However ClientExec, whilst not as powerful or flexible, is much easier and quicker to setup, it took about 2 hours.

Both systems are reliable and have no bugs that I have experienced, however Modernbill can get confusing sometimes, such is the wealth of options available.

Hope that is of some help! :)
