Hi Guys,
Been using epay2000.com for 1 month now. They are similar to ccnow and 2checkout. What I really like about them though is that payouts are like paypal --- you can request payment at any time and for any amount. Payouts are by bank wire or cheque. The really cool thing about their cheque method is that they can fedex your payment overnight with a tracking number! For example, if you request a cheque payout on Wednesday, it will be at your door on Thursday! No need to wait 5 days for a wire transfer.
Their rates are good too. They are worth checking out.

epay2000 is a fraudulent system. i signed-up and agreed upon a chargeback fee of just $10 but now that chargebacks are in i just cldnt believe that they charge $50 for each. thats wow... where can u find a cb fee of $50? but i got no choice coz my funds (nearly 10k) are with them. i wonder where to report a payment processor.

We are a European online business, based in Spain. A few months ago we signed up to ePAY2000 to process payments from clients who pay by credit card.
Last month we made the order to withdraw the balance to our Spanish bank account. The money did arrive, but we also received an e-mail from ePAY2000 stating that we had given them an incorrect bank account number and the transfer had failed. All very strange.
Just yesterday our bank received a letter from ePAY2000 asking for the money back ! The letter claimed that the bank could only refuse to return to money if it produced a police report. Luckily we have a very good relationship with our bank manager and he is refusing to authorise the return of the funds to ePAY2000.
When I contacted epay2000 to complain, they sent me a few unhelpful e-mails. And here's more: when I confronted them with what they had told my bank, I received a reply from them telling me to "Get a Life" !
My feeling is that ePAY2000 is incompetent at the least, and at the worst fraudulent.
Luckily the amount involved was small, as we sensibly did a test withdrawal
before accepting payments from other clients. We are making this posting so that other webmasters can learn from our bad experience.
