If you're a template designer who happens to have some old designs sitting around collecting dust, I'll buy them from you at $20 a pop. (No... I'm not trying to undervalue anybody's work. Just helping you get rid of some previously unwanted designs that you're not doing anything with.)

The only thing I ask is that you be able to insert a specific companies name in the header, and give me the file in HTML.
