To have a taste what a $3.99 domain has to offer, I signed up with domainsarefree. More than 12 hrs later, I still can't update the nameserver and all other info like my admin/tech/billing contact. It kept saying "Authentication Error". The control panel only have the domain name and all contact info are left blank. Ac check with whois up till now, is still unavailable. The domain is still open for registration??! An email to the support (10 hrs ago) receive no response, not even an automated reply. So, any idea what should I do now? Keep sending support email every minute?

I still can't update the nameserver and the domain name is still available elsewhere. My email was responded like 2 days later and no action have yet been made. Thus I can't wait any longer and re-reister the domain name with domainsite and I got it up instantly! I'm now requesting for refund from Domainsarefree. So people if you think saving a few dollars is worth it, DON'T. And who says domainsarefree work??! I don't think so.
