Err, can you resell domain names to bidders if you bought the domain name through somewhere like... namecheap or whatnot?

Just curious, I'm new to all of this stuff. But, I have some names I bought from there a long time ago if it's possible to do so...

If you own the domain, you can sell it to anyone. If you don't own the name, you can't.
