I highly doubt it. Many rumors but nothing has surfaced and doubt ever will.

Are you asking because you want to use Safari on your PC?

Or because you want to test out your web designs in Safari to make sure they are compatible?

...or something else... ?

I'm running Safari on Windows. Works perfectly. Get PearPC from http://pearpc.sf.net and install it on your computer. Then get OSX CD and install OSX on PearPC.

That's a lot of work. Kind of like VirtualPC for Mac only that truly sucks. That is why I just have a PowerBook....less hassle and plus certain programs like FinalCut Pro HD only run on Mac ;)
