First of, slow down :) Take some time to look into this thing before purchasing it.

Second, looks very dodgy to me. What bank is going to issue a debit card without even having your name, phone number of any form of ID? Might as well just advertise it as a money laundering account.

Wouldn't touch it myself, but it's your choice. I would suggest doing some proper research before buying it though, not just 1 "urgent" post on WHT.

well, I really do not need anonymous debit card. I am looking for service which offers debit card and uses paypal as funds deposit. The above one which i mentioned offers this service. thats it!!.. this what I want.. If you know any website plz let me know it. thanks for your reply.

Don't Paypal themselves offer a debit card now? Might be worth looking in to.

jcodemasters, you can go to your local 7-11 and buy a prepaid MasterCard, once you activate it they will give you a routing number which will allow you to transfer funds via PayPal using there "Transfer Funds" method, its actually like a bank account but your funds are deposited on your card.

My sister did this when PayPal denied her there debit card, i think she paid like $14 at 7-11 for the card. I dont remember if there is a montly fee or not.

Read the information on there Vcom machine as that is were you get the card.

I just wanted to say that there is no debit or credit card with no name unless if it is with no magnetic strip as well. I mean the issuance of a debit card with no name on it is something legal, but in fact, the card in this case is not the main card, but a printed card given to you by the merchant or whoever, while the main card (which has the magnetic strip) is with that merchant or whoever!

If anything happened using the the card, that merchant or whoever is the one who will be trouble

Well not exactly you can easily get prepaid master cards over the net with your name on. Master card saw the opportunity to make money. As there is many people out there either has bad credit rating or have legal isues so they cannot have bank accounts. So mastercard decided to create prepaid credit cards. But there is hidden fees with this type of cards. Everytime you withdraw , fund or spend you will be charged and most of this site like the onementioned above hides the fees.
