My 2CO account is under verification process for almost 2 month, we're not get paid until that process is over.
Thanks God we're only accepting credit card payment by 2CO only for first 2 weeks after we sign up a new account and we have blocked our site payment integration to 2CO until we get paid, there's only one order left in my account that they work for account verification process, they have to make phone call verification to do this (altough at they TOS doesn't mention any "phone call verification" this is my oldest sale that being verify (this order it almost 2 months ago, and there's no any complaint from our costumer), altough i have proof of delivery goods with recipient signature and email delivered confirmation from our costumer and right phone number (i can contact him at day time), but 2CO can't accept it as part of their verification process, weird, they accepting order that has been passed by their fraud review but they cannot reach the costumer and this problem occur after we shipped the order, what kind of fraud verification thay they have here, even they have to faced thousand of $ at one order, they doing same order verification standard. now this problem threw to us, we have funds deposited there and this is our right to get our money back!.

I'm sorry, you lost me after the first run on sentence. I assume you aren't happy with 2CO? Verification doesn't take months usually, call them yet? Their email support is horrible, calling might be easier.

Yes, i've tried to call them everyday. i just got answering machine to left messages.

This is 2CO, I already been with them for a year and had many problems.

- Some orders weren't charged.

- They have bad online support.

- Their phone support is rubbish when you didn't get the answering machine.

A one time fee system must lead to such service.. I guess..

Whatabout their percentage of every sale?

yeah they are making at least 3% profit on each transaction. If they are processing $1,000,000 in transactions per month it makes $30,000 income per month. And lets say average transaction value is $10 that is 100,000 transactions per month .
That makes average 3000 transaction per day to earn $1000. So they should be able to handle the support requests better. Either their support system is not well organised or the support is not doing their job properly.

I want to make correction here :

One-time set up fee of $49.
2CO receives a wholesale rate discount of 5.5% plus $0.45 off the retail price of each total order.

No discount refund for chargeback or refunded sale.

yeah but they are 3rd party so they have to pay to another provider 3% is raff idea here as profit on each transaction

its good enough that you even managed to sign up for a 2CO account!
I was planning to go on for 2CO at the first place. Filled in the signup form with every information correctly. What i got? it showed me error stuffs on the next page. And i have to cancel off my credit card just incase they charge me for nothing.

eMailed them, took them 5 days to reply me...which doesnt help me solve my problem!

giving up on 2CO. going for ccavenue instead.
