I was curious as to the typical length that folks here have experienced in setting up colocation. I am having trouble getting a hold of the original people I signed a contract with. I do not want to pester providers (ie calling/emailing every other day), but I also would like to put my server somewheres, and am getting frustrated as to the time frame in getting this venture going.

That being said, I have been seriously considering Ventures Online, as a quick search has unveiled a pretty positive reaction to their services. Do current VO customers feel happy with connectivity/speed? Has the setting up of the new NOC been a positive or negative experience?
