I just signed up with http://www.eryxma.com a few weeks ago, went to check my domain, and noticed the site was down.
Anybody else host with them? I never check the site so I don't know how long they've been down.
Thanks,
Alexis

After reading those previous posts I guess I can chalk this one up as a loss!
Akashd, thanks for the heads up.

I'm hosting with them! :( They have been down for at least 10 hours without any notice.

The server seems up (responding to SSH and pings) but Apache or BIND is down.

kinda off topic (to some), the fall of Tacid, Hosthem, and many other similar companies started the same way...with Apache being taken down..

Kinda sucks. 10 hours + down is not very fun. I have pretty pleased with their service up to this point. But in reality -- with prices like those, I did not expect the world. The worst thing ab out low prices is that they draw the "scummy" crowd and their armies of spammers and warez.... Often times if the valient host making the profit of $1.35 a month losses the will to fight off these scumbags -- it is only a matter of time before the upstream host pulls the plug.

I am an eryxma rep, have been with them since the birth of odisee, todays little mishap was our fault. See our partion ns1 server was down today, it was our problem we are sorry about this.
The problem was /dev/hda5/ partition on server got full. All of the services were up but the partition wasn't working because of error logs kept from 6 months, we never really paid attention to it, and that is why it was down for so long, we didn't see the problem. Now we have an auto archive system that deletes the logs after every 1 month.
