Setting up a business is new for me, and a lot of money has been put into it (US servers, UK servers ect) and i need to make sure we are doing everything "properly".

We are registering domain names, ect, the basics and such, but from the legal side what is there that you need.

For cash transfer from credit cards ect we have a business account set up, however tradmarking, and plc insurance (Protection from being sued.. drastic but would be nice to no :rolleyes:) ect.

Basically, what do u need to own a professional company, and to be on the right side of the law?

The business will be both USA and UK based, however i merly need to no the UK side.
