The googles toolbar is only updated quaterly, so a site could have a PR 6 on the tool bar for months, but googles indexed is updated every 30 days I believe so the actual PR could of went up or down.

PR actuel (French) = actual PR (English) in case it isn't clear to anyone.

I remember reading that the displayed PR in the Google toolbar isn't necessarily the actual PR because PRs are constantly updated. There may be some tools that can show the current (actual) PR, and this may be one of those tools. I don't know.
