homam as I said, your best bet would be moneybookers for an account to account transfer (like paypal)
In the case that you want to process credit cards, you have a number of choices that work with your country, 2checkout.com ($49 one time fee to join) one of them, there is also merchantboss.com (free to join) there is also stormpay.com and ikobo.com

i try to slove it by telling one of my friends who live in France to open account for me

I heard that Google is coming out with its own PayPal type service. If you have google where you live, you may be able to use this when it is released.

try iKOBO , i have been using it for quite sometime now and found it extremly good
