I will be reviewing CartikaHosting (http://www.cartikahosting.com) in this thread today.

I've been them for almost 2 months now, and so far, I can say I'm extremely impressed. Prior to this, I had a cPanel VPS account (a review on that will be forthcoming too) at another well-known provider (who will remain nameless due to the irrelevance for this thread).

They have some of the one of the best admins (Jeffrey) in the industry today for managing H-Sphere clusters - with him on the job, I can truely sleep at night knowing I won't have angry customers in the morning to deal with.

I've had NO downtime whatsoever (except for a small glitch, but that was quickly fixed - and it wasn't really even service affecting).

The H-Sphere control panel is NOTHING like you've ever seen - it does it all. IMHO, it leaves cPanel in the dust. It allows you to do billing, ticketing, service provisioning - all in 1 neat package! (.....and it has a built in sitebuilder for those self proclaimed "web designers" too).

While they might be a bit pricier than most WHT hosts (and for good reason, I might add), they do make up for their fees in service reliability, support as well as just being all around nice people and not "ticket monkeys".

I can really see CartikaHosting going places, and I hope to be along for the ride :).

I have been with them for one week now. Im impressed.
Exploring the reseller market, I bought a "package" off of Ebay.
I quickly learned that my experience level and that package were not a good fit.
I have no experience in this reseller field and can't even speak the lingo. Andrew at Cartica led me by the hand through the entire process. Even with a good interface I was lost. Again the support was above excellent. I recommend these guys to everyone. Im looking forward to working with them . I wont even consider anyone else.
