I have a question,
If a customer purchases from me and his billing address is different that his shipping address when inputing his information into POS Terminal (i use LinkPoint) do i just put his billing address as the shipping address even though im shipping to a differnt one ? ( if they have provided proof who they are)
If i inputed the shipping address and it wasnt on file (because of the AVS thing) it would come back declined correct ?
I just got to thinking when this does come up how i would go about inputting it into the POS terminal.
I have 3 repeat customers who have been purchasing from me for about 4 years now and i trust them and i know for a fact 1 of them have stuff shipped to there hotel because they work for a large company and travel all the time. I remember for this person i would always ship to a "unconfirmed" address when he paid via PayPal, so i was just wondering how would this be done when he pays with his cc since i wont accept paypal anymore.
