I've been using Plesk for over a year and I have been relatively satisfied with it. However, now it is time to consider a license upgrade from our current 30 domain version. We are currently evaluating another application and are impressed with its licensing structure which allows for an affordable buy-in, like Plesk. But un-like Plesk it has an "additive" licensing structure which seems to allow for a more cost effective way to increase the number of hosted domains.
My questions are these;
1. Plesk licenses are available in 30, 300 and unlimited domains. Would anyone else find it attractive if they could simply add another 30 domain license to their current 30 domain license as an alternative to purchasing the 300 or unlimited domain upgrade?
2. Although you could serve an unlimited amount of domains on a single server. What is a realistic ceiling per server in terms of manageability and reliability?
Thanks for your responses
