Hi, i was wondering if some one can direct me to where can i find a control panel for subdomains. i am not sure if this is a custom job i will need to order, which it does not make sence for my purpose. but what i want to do is give hosting space to friends of mine who does not own a domain name.

i tried blogs but they did not like it, so is there anything out there like those control panel offer by freehosting companies ?

thanks rmurray321, but i already have cpanel on my server.. i did not notice that there was a forum for control panels. i guest im going to do a search in this forum for something similar to a panel that can be install in my cpanel.

brain did a hell of a job on this new release
this free control panel for cpanel will create a ftp,db and email account
the newest version will do the above plus have a pre installed phpbb, myadmin, mpanel, pphlogge,siteframe and net2ftp file manager for your users. his release date is sept 20 for the new release

it will also have stats from cpanel alstats if creating just a user.mydomain.com or a can create a user account like mydomain/members/username as an example

You could use web-cp (http://www.web-cp.net) for this. It does more than just subdomains but you don't have to use all the features.
